Tee’ED OFF Golf and Performance, in Jackson, Missouri, has become a leading destination for golfers in southeast Missouri and southern Illinois, offering cutting-edge technology and personalized training. Founded by Scotty Miget, a retired 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran, the facility uses Science&Motion’s SAM PuttLab to enhance putting performance.
As Missouri’s only SAM PuttLab Level-3 Certified Instructor, Scotty leads a skilled team alongside PGA Associate Thomas Isaacs and General Manager Andrew Ellis. Together, they provide a comprehensive approach to golf instruction, fitting, and club adjustment, leveraging advanced video and SAM PuttLab data for detailed analysis.
Tee’ED OFF’s work with local high school golf teams highlights SAM PuttLab’s impact, helping students improve their putting and perform better in competitions. “Word of mouth has truly been our best marketing tool for our SAM PuttLab assessments,” says Scotty. As golfers see results on the course – whether through mastering the perfect putting stroke or having their putter custom-fitted – the reputation of Tee’ED OFF’s SAM PuttLab services continues to grow.
Wayne O 'Callaghan is one of Ireland's leading teaching professionals, and his Academy at Cork Golf Centre is equipped with a tiltable putting platform and the latest SAM PuttStudio and Projection technology. Wayne teaches all levels of golfers – from beginners, and Irish internationals to Tour Pros. Especially his junior golfers are loving the new interactive games and exercises:
“The juniors enjoy the direct feedback from SAM Projection as they all can see what is happening to the ball's journey. They love our end-of-week challenges whether it’s a bullseye, ladder or the target game where projected holes are removed once a ball runs through them.”
Rocko, a ten-year-old student, enthusiastically says: “I love all the putting games and each week I note my score to see if I can improve the next week.”

O 'Callaghan emphasizes the benefits of this interactive learning environment for speed control and break putt training:
“These games are invaluable as they get all my students focused on speed and now I have the ability to move my platform with motors to create tilts. And again especially with the bullseye game it gets the juniors to think about coming into to the target with slope involved.”

Albert Höpfl is a fully qualified PGA Golf Professional and golf coach at the GC Eschenried in Munich:
“SAM PuttLab provides instant feedback and a well-founded analysis of which adjusting screws have to be turned when putting in order to be more successful on the greens. Using the SAM PuttLab training mode and training screens, the putting of our students can be quickly raised to a new level!”

Joe Plecker is a Top 100 Teacher (GOLF Magazine, US) and Director of Golf Instruction at The Landings Club, Savannah:
“Having the SAM Puttlab to measure the entire stroke gives me the ability to train students most effectively. I helped a lifelong golfer with the Yips in one session by coaching a more smooth rotation.”
The improvements are incredible (click on the reports to enlarge):
Plecker describes the path to success:
“We used the SAM Puttlab to illustrate the backswing and forward swing times were too fast, and the absolute and relative rotations were erratic. By using the training mode on the putting green from his trouble distance, we began a new routine with a slight forward press, 2:1 ratio stroke, and a flowing finish. The results were no tremors and more made putts.”

Frank Scott is a highly experienced professional golf, sports and balance coach in the Scottish Borders: “I have used SAM Balance Lab almost every day for the past ten years. I use it for simple static balance tests to measuring movement for International athletes from a number of different sports.” These include: Golf, Rugby, Weightlifting, Javelin, and Medical injuries.

Holger Böhme is a PGA Headprofessional and Director of Instruction at the Golf School Böhme in Dortmund:
“Since 2009 I am working with SAM PuttLab. It has brought my teaching to a higher level and significantly increased the putting skills of my students. No matter if my students are beginners, league players or national team players, they all benefit from the well-presented analysis and from a better understanding of the relationship between cause and effect in a putting stroke.”

Böhme goes on to say “Even a putter fitting, which is the basic requirement for an effective putter movement, is no longer conceivable without SAM PuttLab. According to the measured parameters we are optimizing the putting movement as well as the putter itself.”
